Who am I?
I became an estate agent back in 2007 after having spent my career as a regional manager in retail. I knew I wanted a change and my passion for property led me in that direction. Since that day, I have never looked back.
My real passion has always been the customer, I absolutely love embarking on this epic home moving journey they’re about to take, and the fact they put their trust in me to help them do it is such a commendation.
I strongly believe that property should be personal. You should have one dedicated person to guide you through every step in the process, providing a single point of contact for any queries. That’s what I provide to my clients through my independent estate agency service. I’m here for you, every step of the way.
Why choose me?
Originally from Sunderland in the North East of England I moved to Nottingham when I was just 17 years old. I have been working in Mansfield as an estate/letting agent for the last 14 years and lived in Southwell now for over 16 years. It felt like a natural progression to offer my services in my hometown. I pride myself on knowing as much as I can about Southwell and surrounding areas with regards to the housing market.
I’ve been working closely with homeowners across Nottinghamshire for well over a decade, helping them to buy, sell and rent property without the stress that usually comes with moving home.
I strongly believe in bringing the personal touch to property, and that’s exactly what to do. I act as a single point of contact, guiding you through every single step of the process. From the day that you get in touch until the day that you move into your new home, I’m there.
I am down to earth and understand that every home move is different, and every customer has different needs. I am here to be a helping hand, someone to talk to and most of all provides a five-star service to make this journey as least stressful as possible.

My approach
Selling a property can be an exciting, nervous and exhilarating experience. Whichever way it goes, I’m on hand to help you every step of the way.
I’ll visit you at your property, free of charge and advise you on the best way to market your home to get the best price. I’ll help with the correct asking price, based on your own personal circumstances.
After that, I’ll prepare the details and photos and add your property on Rightmove & Zoopla. I’ll also tap into my mailing list of buyers to help you to secure a buyer at the best price possible.
The viewings are on me. I’ll work with you to book viewings at convenient times, and then you can leave the hard work to me, as I showcase your home to your potential buyers. When the offers come in, I’ll negotiate with the buyer to achieve the best price possible for your property.
My work doesn’t end once you’ve found your buyer. As you’d expect from a personal estate agent, I’ll be with you every step of the way, until the day you hand over the keys.
I sell all types of property, and because I’m powered by eXp UK, I don’t have to worry about the technology or property portals. This enables me to concentrate on what I do best, which is selling houses.
My motivation
Anyone who has sold a property will know that there’s no better feeling than seeing that sold/let by sign appear. I share in that excitement – there’s nothing better than knowing that I’ve found the right buyer/renter for your property.
It is humbling to know that I’m able to support clients in buying and selling property across Nottinghamshire. Even when sales become complex, I’m there to support my clients and help them to navigate the (sometimes confusing) process of moving home. I take great pride in removing some of the stress that comes with moving home, making your journey that little bit easier. And that’s my motivation.
